Palletless Big Bags

Flexible container with a specially built bottom - an alternative to the classic wooden pallete. Palletless container will replace the classic one from the market in the near future.

Big Bag size: 80 * 80 * 175 cm

Advantages:

• Money saving (you don’t need the regular pallet)

• You don’t need to use special fumigated pallets which are required in the trans ocean transportation

• You have possibility to increase the height of the bag and overall roominess of the Big Bag at the expense of saved height of the pallet

• Can be used in the “clean” production, such as manufacturing of drugs.

Uses:

• For bags with SWL: maximum - 1,000 kg (SF 5:1, 6:1)

• For bags with bottom size (from 80x80 to 110x110cm) max. height 180cm, flat bottom, discharge hopper maximum 50cm

Execution:

• At the bottom of the Big Bag with two fabric tunnels with tightly laid plastic profiles.

2. versions of bags:

1. Self valve with tunnel

• Fixed to the bottom of the bag with strings through the rivets and eyelets on the valve

2. Valve with a tunnel as a part of the bag:

• One side is sewn to the edge of the bottom, the other faces are fixed to the bottom with strings.

Advantages:

• In case of damaging the valve, it can be replaced by new one;

• The bag is insulated from the ground;

• Valve with a tunnel (as a main part of the bag) – one side is sewn to the bottom and others are fixed to the bottom with strings;

Advantages:

• Bags are isolated from the ground by valve;
